Delivery & Shipping 

The products are delivered to the shipping address, indicated during the process of order. All UK Deliveries will be delivered by Hermes courier or UK Post Office Special Delivery, a signed for service.

If no one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a following delivery attempt or collection by the addressee.

International Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. You may be contacted directly via Customs regarding your shipment. Please ensure full name of consignee is given for delivery address to avoid delays or further charges.

International Orders – Import Duties & Taxes 

International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. The customer / recipient will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.

Fulfilment of orders may be subject to further payment authorisation requests, and E.Macbean reserves the right to cancel or postpone shipping if these requests are not completed.

Our normal guideline for shipping products is within 7 working days from the point of credit clearance and address verification. We reserve the right to extend this period if required, in which case you will be notified by email.

E.Macbean will notify you of any delays to your order.

For goods delivered outside of the EU, the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and completion. 

E.Macbean shall not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Purchases will be dispatched within 7 working days from the point of credit clearance and address verification. We will notify you of any delays to your order.

Please note that during holidays (i.e. Christmas) please allow longer times for dispatch. We will contact you if there is a delay. Also note that at present, and due to COVID related restrictions, delivery may take a little longer than usual.
